Diagnostic-lab test reporting system through SMS. A copy stores in local database with financial statement and SMS data with proper identification securely sent to corresponding server for SMS to the patients’ mobile. This system requires data warehousing module.

Total Information System for TRCL

 A data warehousing system designed to hold details information regarding diagnosis labs with tests detail, hospitals/clinics, pharmacy, pharmaceuticals; drugs information detail by generic name and by trade name with limited classification of drugs, doctors’ information with their practice schedule details. TRCL member detail information along with family records (regarding diseases) are kept in the database. The system also having a generic search module.

eAdvice for TRCL

helpdesk system for mobile users where PABX will be monitored and incoming call will be forwarded to call center PCs by an agent. Members/non members will be determined by the system, based on incoming number, previous information will be brought up on doctor’s PC at call center. Whatever advices and/prescription will be given to the caller will be kept in database and sent the advice/prescription to the caller thru SMS.
